These are grape like
clusters inside the nose which block
breathing. They are linked to sinus
infections, allergies, and chronic
irritation. In the past they were
surgically removed, only to re-grow once
again. Nowadays, corticosteroids
(Prednisone), followed by inhaled steroids
and the antihistamine Astelin have proved
remarkably helpful.
